Continental Realty has a strong focus in the lease and sale of quality residential properties. We became a founding member of Central Realty Services [C-R-S], an association of leading residential agencies. Today C-R-S is operating a powerful information system linking the databases of all member agencies through the internet. Our results
Over the past fifteen years we have provided services to a broad range of clients, including numerous embassies, international banks, management of multinational corporations, and thousands of private investors. In 2007 Continental Realty brokered 266 residential sales and rentals (54 family houses and 212 flats). In total we have leased more than 30,000 sqm of residential and commercial space. Since 1993 our brokers have arranged more than 2,300 lease and sales contracts.
